Very true, I would imagine music copyright wasn't high up on their list of priorities.

Can I also add that I found Alan Jones's introduction for The Last Hunter quite touching. He was obviously close to David (Warbeck).
Rondadoronron likes this.

Can I ask...

was the trailer for 'Scanners' that is featured in the 'Video Nasties 2' DVD the actual trailer for the film, because unlike the others ones featured, it just takes a whole sequence from the film, and presents that

As far as i remember the trailer uses the scene in the hall where the classic head explodes. Either with a voice over or onscreen text.

That's the one that Suzi is referring to Dem.

So, we have covered the Nasties and the section 3 films

We have featured the Video Recording Act, James Ferman, Mary Lighthouse, 'Child's Play 3' and Hungerford

What is going to be in Vol 3?

'Reservoir Dogs', 'Man Bites Dog', 'Crash'. 'Guinea Pig', 'Irreversible', 'Human Centipede', 'Bunny Game', "Plus ça change, plus c'est la même chose" (nasty remakes 'Evil Dead', ' Last House On The Left', 'I Spit On Your Grave' etc)

I think they should go for nasties that didnt get released or slipped under the net, films like Ilsa and Beyond the darkness, showing us trailers for these kind of films, with a doc about films like reservoir dogs and their problems with the censors etc..

To be honest, I can't see a third volume being released. The big events have been covered in the first two docs and I can't see Marc and co putting out a disc of random reviews. Nobody loves the first two vols more than me, but I just don't think it will happen.

I'm now waiting for Marc to reply saying how they are already underway with the third one!
