Born today in 1917, Earl Cameron, who played Glyn Williams, the pilot of the ill-fated Zeus IV probe in 'The Tenth Planet'. He is the oldest surviving Doctor Who actor and one of the first black actors to break the 'colour bar' in the United Kingdom.

Also born today in 1930, Terry Nation

I was convinced that I had already put the link to the Zygon Pie, but I cannot find it, so here it is again - Doctor Who Cookbook: Zygon Pie recipe

In addition to that, here is another one for a K-9 Cake - Doctor Who Cookbook: Kookie K-9

Both recipies , and no doubt many more, can be found in the soon-to-be-released Doctor Who Cookbook

School holidays. Are yer kids bored yet?

More to the point, are you at the end of yer tether with yer kids?

Why not set them this challenge - Doctor Who - The Den Of Geek summer holiday challenge: build a Poundshop Dalek | Den of Geek - and keep 'em quiet for a bit

You are just presuming (again!)

Maybe it's a return for the Great Intelligence?

Personally i hope it is the Angels. I like them. Surely it's better than a sequel to Sleep No More or one or two others from the last series.

for the info.

If it's the Great Intelligence, I hope they have the proper Yeti this time

and not something where someone looks at a script and thinks 'Snowmen? I can design them'!

I dunno'. Do you really want Moff to **** up the Yeti?

I'd prefer Chibnall to have a crack at them.

Just a heads up if anyones interested.

Official Doctor Who TARDIS cushions are £2.49 in Home Bargains. Made from good quality fabrics they really are quite nice. £9 on Amazon for comparison purposes.

Matt Smith and Karen Gillan are both attending New York Comic Con in October.

As i doubt either need the money from autograph hunters, it's good that both are still happy to promote a show neither have been in for a few years now.

Chris Eccleston take note.
