Bookmakers William Hill - who correctly pegged Capaldi - have Ben Wishaw as favourite to be the new Doctor.
I could live with that, actually.

Me too. He's more Smith than Tennant though. I have only seen him in some average Bond films i must admit.

The Next Doctor (2008)

Despite this story attracting a lot of criticism i really enjoyed it. Some gorgeous imagery of the Cybermen being generally chilling in Victorian cemeteries.

Probably my favourite of the Christmas specials and easily one of the best new Who Cybermen adventures. The Cybershades were a big mistake IMO, but apart from that, I really enjoyed it.

In my adult life I've never really been much of a Whovian but as a kid I loved it every week, I remember episodes from Tom Baker up to Sylvester McCoy, I think Peter Davison being my most remembered Doctor.

I think that I might want to dip my toe into the waters and get a couple of DVDs. What do you all recommend? I'm not a fan of latter day Who though it has to be said.

Over to you lot
