Disappointing end to the Monks 'trilogy' on Saturday. As with Knock Knock, the premise was good, but that sugary, schmaltzy ending nearly made me vomit. As for the 'fake' regeneration, it was just plain stupid. Here's hoping Mark Gatiss' Ice Warrior story next week gets the series back on track. |

The Pyramid At The End Of The World was the 14th most watched programme of the week and second highest on the BBC, with 5.78M. Do the BBC usually cancel their second highest rated shows, Treb? |

Just watched the latest episode and yes, absolute bollocks. A disappointing end to a trilogy that could had real promise. Hopefully the Ice Warrior episode will be good.

I do like the ideas on offer in Empress of Mars. Victorian soldiers colonizing. It's very Jules Verne and HG Wells.
