DON'T GET EXCITED - It's from four years ago, detailing the finding of 'The Enemy Of The World' and 'The Web Of Fear'

"The only reason people are interested in it is that they haven't seen it". I think it's pretty poor and pretty run-of-the-mill and, if it had actually been completed and broadcast, it would have been another in a long line of overlong, padded, dull six-parters.
Douglas Adams on Shada.

Just one story to go from each Doctor now. Almost every story has had a pic of the day dedicated to it - aside from the Christmas specials which i'll save until Xmas time -

Shada is like watching two football teams of grannies trying to kick a football with the aid of walking frames. The story is absolutely dull. Shada should of been condensed down to a four parter, even then, I doubt that Shada would've of been worth wasting valuable time over.

The BBC might as well released Silver Nemesis with new and improved effects. Just another way to make some hard earned cash for the austerity strapped BBC, lol!

And a grand job you have done, sir

I may not always have agreed with the pics you have chosen, but I have constantly been impressed and entertained by what you have posted

Ha,ha thank you Susan.

I always tried to steer clear of the usual publicity photos that we've seen many times before. Some were unavoidable, particularly those stories where most episodes were missing.

The pic of the day will continue though as i've had an idea of what to do next.

Well done Dem. Quite an undertaking, even the dear Doctor would salute you with his fine sonic screwdriver.

I'm still in shock over that Nicola Bryant pic.

Shada is an odd choice, we know it will sell because Tom Baker products always do but theres still so many missing stories they could animate and bring back to life. I remember actually liking Shada when the DVD came out, I was expecting another overly long 'brown' - dull Baker story. I wonder if they've managed to work in a Dalek and Cyberman into the later prison cell scenes?
