Well, here we are. A feature that was started on April 6th, 2020, as a time-wasting project, has (after approximately 1514 days) very nearly come to an end

I have reached the end of Jodie's tenure and now I am going to take a short break until Ncuti's first series has been fully broadcast because there will be recurring and returning characters in it

I will resume with 'The Star Beast' in a few weeks time

When I reach the end of 'Empire Of Dreams' (the final story of the 41st series / 14th series / 1st series depending on how you look at things) I will be looking at branching out to the spin-off shows ? 'Torchwood', 'The Sarah-Jane Adventures', 'Class' and (possibly) the Australian 'K-9' thing... unless people are bored with the 'Before And After' feature and want me to finish it !!

Congratulations on completing that mammoth venture, Susan.

As for the spin offs that's up to you. However say you start with Torchwood or The Sarah Jane Adventures then you'll have already done the main leads as they've all been in Doctor Who so you'd only be repeating yourself unless you just did those who had never been in Doctor Who which narrows it down a fair bit and many of the actors would be unheard ofFs both then and now appearing in what were spin offs on lesser channels in CBBC and BBC3.

It will be similar to how I did the 'Doctor Who' ones. For example
Guest actors appearing in Torchwood: Everything Changes who have previously appeared in the parent show:

John Barrowman - Captain Jack Harkness (13 episodes)
Eve Myles - Gwen Cooper (3 episodes)
until I reach the first person who has not previously appeared in 'Doctor Who'

Of course, this will mean I miss any appearances that the actor has made *after* their initial 'Doctor Who' entry, but that will always be a problem with reference material - it's often out of date the day after it is published!

I mean I didn't include any appearance Carole Ann Ford made after April 6th, 2020... although there would only have been one additional entry - something called MindSick from 2022

But like I said, it's just something I am toying with at the moment

I thought Dot and Bubble was excellent.

A biting satire on social media and those who use it. I'm definitely on Russell's wavelength with this one.

I enjoyed this weeks one as well, like a Black Mirror episode for kids.

I thought it was ageist tbh.
As if its just rich, white, young adults that are obsessed and ignorant of what goes on outside social networks and media.

Also just felt there wasnt enough explanation as to why things were going on and while the end set out make a point it just felt tagged on.

Think last weeks episode is still the best.

Rather an ironic theme from someone as ignorant and out of touch with reality as Davies...

I couldn't finish first episode thought it was awful in every sense I feel I can't be be bothered to watch anymore considering 2nd episode got panned as well, if I was to watch this week and last week do I really need to watch the previous weeks to understand them?
