Why are people so disappointed with the trailer it's the word that keeps popping up everywhere this morning.

The first trailer gave me a real buzz. This one less so. Yes it looks visually impressive but personally i wanted the film to focus on Han, Leia, Luke etc one last time whilst introducing new characters to take over from them in the future. From this trailer it would appear they will only have glorified cameo roles despite headlining the cast list.

Hopefully this won't be the case but it is how it apears from this trailer.

This. But I do think Luke is going to be very important but I don't think he is the villian.

I agree the focus of the trailer seems to be on the new but my hope is the older characters are going to have a big impact on the story maybe Luke more so maybe struggling with the death of his father and the dark side. I would be very surprised and horrified to be honest if they were just there for the sake of it. Am I worried ? Too right I'm worried but I'm hopeful.

I'm thinking now that Kylo Ren is Luke's son, so because of the shame of him being drawn to the Dark Side (Kylo, not Luke), he's gone into self imposed exile/hiding on Dagobah

At 1.46 could it be Luke off screen, seems Han and co are captured and are rescued by someone and by the look of surprises on hans face could it be Luke, because from the trailer I get the feeling Luke is believed missing or dead. Because if he isn't you thought his first priority would of been to bring back the Jedi order after the end of return of the Jedi

Well tickets booked for the 19th. Thought I would treat myself and went for gallery tickets at £24 a pop

It already breaking records for pre ticket sales. I coudnt even get the time I wanted when I ordered tickets. The imax in the metro centre is supposed to running low on tickets for the opening 2 weeks and get the feeling it's the same across the country

Booking our tickets (all 6 of them!) on Friday, my local cinema's still have loads, so I'm confident we'll be ok
