People can whinge and moan about George Lucas all they want but he always gave fans value for money extras wise. Very true. Lucas delivered some superb extras on those early prequel movies. Decent, well thought out and always watchable. Christ! When I use to say that, people bemoaned me constantly on other forums. Lucas should of never given up Lucasfilm to Disney. Episode VII was just terrible, just my view by the way. I went to see it at Truro cinema last year. When I came out and asked people what they thought of the film, there was a distinct air of mixed thoughts. Other people just trashed the movie for what it really is, a re-make of Star Wars with little bits added in to make it look alittle diffrerent or fresh. I for one was not impressed overall with the movie. To me personally, The Force Awakens isn't Star Wars, and shall forever remain an outsider to the True trilogy of films. Though I did at the time have mixed feelings about the prequels, I now happily watch them with the original film trilogy. Disney can go and jump. Rogue One will be as far as I go.... |

Judging by the reports Dem that have appeared in articles i've read it's looking that way. Rogue One probably will be the best Disney/Star Wars film by far. Fingers crossed. |

Lets hope so. I like the idea of seeing the bounty hunters in action. There was no hint of them in the trailer, at least to my knowledge.

Rogue One has had a massive amount of reshoots with a different director as Lucasfilm/Disney weren't happy with it.

Not exactly 'Star Wars', it's actually 'The Man Who Saves The World', but... The Sole Surviving Print of the Legendary Turkish Star Wars Has Been Found

Wouldn't be surprised if its true though. He was hired for Godzilla off the back of Monsters. A monster film without monsters. Godzilla is a Godzilla film largely without Godzilla. I can't help wondering if he'll try and make a Star Wars film without amy actual star wars.

And I still haven't forgiven him (and Warner) for duping us all into thinking Bryan Cranston was the main star of Godzilla.
