An enjoyable film and it's a shame the U.S. DVD (and BR?) is short of a sex scene. But i believe the U.K. release is intact and how hot is Kate Capshaw in this? Pedro, You're right about M44. I wasn't sure if it was '89 or '90 so i stand corrected. Here's a few more: Arena Cyborg Cyclone The Blob Retaliator The Being D.A.R.Y.L. R.O.T.O.R. Spaceballs Slipstream Brainstorm Innerspace Earthbound Solarbabies Deep Space Mac And Me Alien Nation Space Camp The Warning Fists Of Steel Alien Warning Zone Troopers Flight Of The Navigator ("Compliant!") The Philadelphia Experiment Gobots:Battle Of The Rock Lords And Bill And Ted's Excellent Adventure. Also, the likes of Howard:A New Breed Of Hero, Night Of The Creeps, Time Bandits and The Fly all have sci-fi elements in one way or another imo. Lastly, who else recalls early '80s BBC children's TV serial The Boy From Space?

A few more bona fide sci-fi outings and films with sci-fi overtones of varying degrees: Cocoon Real Men Moontrap Sky Pirates Enemy Mine Chopping Mall The Star Crystal Black Moon Rising The Time Guardian Cocoon:The Return Why Did You Pick On Me? And The Legend Of The Golden Pearl. Short-lived animation Silverhawks was good too along with the almighty Ulysses 31. How cool was the latter's combined ray gun and laser sabre?

Krull (1983)
Krull (1983) Bilbo Bagshot: I was like you once. Blond hair. Scraggly little beard. Childlike ears. Full of beans and spunk. I let my principles get in the way sometimes. I punched a bloke in the face once for saying "Hawk the Slayer" was rubbish. Tim Bisley: Good for you. Bilbo Bagshot: Yeah, thanks. But that's not the point, Tim. The point is I was defending the fantasy genre with terminal intensity, when what I should have said is "Dad, you're right, but let's give Krull a try and we'll discuss it later." |

Which release of Future Kill is that Vic? I don't know the film but would be interested in picking it up from those shots. |

Krull is one of my favourite films. I even have the French release of the soundtrack on vinyl. |

Love Krull, it has a pretty epic score by James Horner too. |
