At least Chris actually, well... LOOKS like how Chris should look (unlike the awful version in RE7 - uh). But werewolves, huh? OK, it's fine to try new things, but RE was always normally about zombies, viruses, monsters, and whatnot. Not beast men. LOL! The series really does not make much if any sense anymore.

The RE3 remake sucks.

Such high hopes for RE 3 remake after how amazing 2 was but im not paying full price for a 5 hour game.

I can't say I'm that bothered about first person shooter games. I don't think Ethan Winters is that interesting of a character, to be honest.

Since you don't see his face, I have a hard time believing he's an awesome character when spoken of in the same breath as say, Chris or Jill. Although he has that ordinary, Harry Mason-like (from Silent Hill) feel to him. That's because neither man had a clue what the hell was going on when they went to Dulvey and Silent Hill. They just ended up in this weird environment with monsters, because they were looking for somebody special to them. So that's why he still fits in nicely in a horror story. He's just otherwise kind of bland in a general sense.

Plus, if what happens at (what I assume is) the start of RE8 is true, with Mia getting shot to death by Chris in front of Ethan, then the hassle that was RE7 will feel pointless.

Oh, poor Ethan.
