Interesting to see this was directed by John Milius, because it's direction where I think it lacked a lot. A fairly simple twist but workable; we've seen similar switch-arounds in the original series, but the constant smoke in the mid-section was hardly subtle, and gave the game away really.

Yes, it was him out the karate kid also Cagney and Lacey. These 80's ones are wearing me down a bit now, there's more misses than hits.
