With the release of the hard-hitting and very disturbing post-apocalyptic sci-fi horror, The Divide out soon, here's a thread to celebrate the work of the film's director, Mr. Xavier Gens.

This guy is definetly one to keep an eye on after creating three gore-filled movies that are dripping with tension, horror and shock. First there was Frontier(s), one of several highly disturbing and brutal French hororrs. Following this is the gruesome Hitman film and now comes The Divide - a film that tops both of those put together in terms of its shocking content; from rape, murder, radiation - it's all here!

loved frontiers, absolutely hated hitman. i love the hitman games and i dont think it's xavier's fault at all that it ended up like it did, he probably did his best with what was given to him. not only did the they ruin the film but now it looks like the film will ruin the games.
but the divide looks great! these new french horror film makers have got some serious balls, i want to see more from all of them.
