i'd say spiders, but they are terrifying at the sizes they are now. Maybe children? Adults....:::Shivers::: i dunno. I'm not leaving my house now in fear of normal size things let alone over-sized things.

Will someone please hand me a bazooka? We have a giant cockroach problem over here.

I can barely handle small roaches that appear out of nowhere. But I don't think I can handle giant cockroaches. Roaches are freaking hard to kill. They are fast. They can fly. They can flatten their bodies to get to anywhere they want. They have freaking six legs. They can swim and hold their breath for 40 minutes! They can climb walls. You chop off their head and they still live. And there are trillions (YES TRILLIONS!!) of them on Earth. Trillions of GIANT COCKROACHES is FREAKING SCARY!

So my answer is cockroaches. Now I'm going to the store to stock up on pesticides, bazookas, and uzis.

The deep sea Dragonfish.

Only grows to around 6" in length, but they look scary as hell. Imagine it at 60foot, and you only on your small raft. (I'm talking Waterworld apocalypse obviously, they may not be quite as effective if you are holed up in a bunker in the middle of the Utah desert.)

Imagine if the dreaded Candiru grew to giant mutant size. Yes, the beast from the Amazon known for swimming up a man's stream of urine and lodging itself firmly deep in his wangdoodle! The fear of taking a leak and having a 6ft hideous giant monster ramming itself into your japs eye, would be so strong, the entire remaining population would be too terrified to relieve itself. Before long, people will begin to explode like waterbombs crammed with piss, as their bowels give way to the immense pee pressure!
