High School of the Dead + OVA (2 blu's + 1 dvd (OVA) = hours and hours of fun)

Akira [Blu-ray] [1988]: Amazon.co.uk: Katsuhiro Ôtomo: Film & TV

Both are very good blu releases imho.

The 15 min OVA on blu?
Fun and the improved pic quality would be welcome but...
Probably region locked?

That's nuts, but then I still remember the early days of anime releases where you would get one, maybe two episodes on a VHS tape.

I have EVERYTHING labor related on dvd from the now defunct central park media. The ovas are a trial run and a self contained story. Next is the main long running series and then the new files which finishes things as well. I also have the 3 movies and the mini-pato specials. All highly reccommended.
