Plodding Along - an easy spot (unless there was another one within the episode)

However, there *was* a bonus hare in the credits. 'Europa Lepus' is a Latin nod towards the European breed of hare

Is that cast for real?

And all those well known actors were in the episode? Wow. I never knew it was such a star studded affair.

Think it was more to do with the actors who've appeared in the episodes over the 9 series .

I don?t know whether it was the whole cast, but certainly there were a lot of actors featured as the audience watching a compilation video of all nine series.
It was a brilliant way to wrap up what has been an amazing programme. There really is nothing else like it on tv ( in my opinion ) and it will be sorely missed.
Let?s hope for more work from Sheersmith and Pemberton sometime soon.

"Here?s how all 54 previous episodes were included via a guest star, a poster, a prop, clip or a quoted line of dialogue?"

There was a 'double hare' moment near then because of the clip on the screen.

That's only the party guests with brief cameos; the principal cast for the episode was Reece Shearsmith, Steve Pemberton, Sian Gibson, Amanda Abbington, Katherine Parkinson, Robin Asquith, Tim Key, Rosie Cavaliero, Nick Mohamed, Anne Reid, Jason Watkins, Emily Howlett, and Mark Gatiss
