Some 22 episode shows and seasons I dread starting to watch because that length takes the piss. As most of it will be filler.

I do hate watching shows with the one a week approach. Ruins the flow which is why we tend to go with boxsets or netflix or the like.

Decided to give Kill La Kill another chance, as I did with Gurren Lagann before it. Where as my opinion of the latter has niot changed, I actualy found myself quite enjoying KLK for some reason i'm not able to put my finger on. The crudeness? The lack of seriousness? The utterly over the top ness? The shitty physical depiction of women (no, really, even by anime standards this is pretty bad)? It's certainly not the latter, but i'm still....enjoying it for some truely bizzare reason.

Watched the last episode of True Detective last night. A super end to an outstanding TV show. Brilliant stuff which started eight weeks ago and ended in my sitting room at about midnight. Roll on series two.

The L Word (Season 1)

This is a US Show about Lesbians, and there is lots of full frontal nudity and lesbian sex in it. It centre's around Jennifer who is straight and is the girlfriend of Eric Mobius. She then encounters 2 lesbians having sex in the next door pool and that makes her curious. She then falls for a French waitress who owns a café called The Planet and the waitress is called Marina and makes friends with Marina's other lesbian friends who we follow throughout. From there she doesn't know what to do (either stay straight or turn lesbian).

It's a good show and it ended at season 6 which is good as they didn't overkill it. Considering there is lots of sex and full frontal nudity in it, the 1st season is rated a 15 .
