Watched the pilot episode of Starkey and Hutch brilliant stuff, might be me but I found it all a bit homoerotic.

I do really like the film though (and the book). Suburra starts on Netflix next month, another Italian drama based on a film. It's also about organised crime but it sounds like the protagonists are higher up in the food chain. The film is already on Netflix. Last edited by Frankenhooker; 6th January 2017 at 08:38 AM. |

Just browsing on youtube, and come across (wasnt aware of this so googled it) Good old USA who crap at making awful cult British comedy shows, actualy made 3 different attempts (each one different, sets cast etc) at Fawlty Towers, had a few min watch at each version, not saying there bad but lets just say i rather sit and watch a days marathon of this years worst movies than this utter not even slightly pure embarrassing piece of garbage. |

As a wise man once said, the only thing worse than an American version of a British show is a British version of an American one. |

Francis Durbridge Presents. Got this out of the library and rather enjoying it. 60s BBC mystery thriller series. With the production style, 25 minute installments of multi-part stories and cliffhangers, it's all very 60s Who. |
