Thank you, not only is it one of my favorite films, it's one of the oldest films, I've owned, from VHS to DVD

Also couldn't resist other purchases

Yes I can understand that, wish it was just a stand alone Blu-Ray but alas. I justified it with the previous reasons and I just have to have it on Blu-Ray.

It also won't be the most expensive single film I've got, That honor goes to the German Import of Umberto Lenzi's, Eaten Alive.

And that was a DVD.

There are quite a few Indicator titles on two for fifteen pounds in HMV. Not everything but still a decent selection.
Just picked up two of the Mexico Macabre films, The Witch's Mirror and The Curse of the Crying Woman.

I watched it as recently as September, can't remember a single thing about it, but I logged it as 2/5 on Letterboxd.

Nosferatu@Cult Labs 18th March 2025 08:31 PM

Although it's nowhere near as good as Eyes Without a Face, Mansion of the Doomed is an interesting and watchable adaptation of Georges Franju's horror masterpiece.

For less than 10 quid, I think it's worth a blind buy.

But how does it compare to the true masterpiece, Jess Franco's Faceless?
