Zero thought goes into cover art these days, we were definitely spoilt back in the 80’s!

Obviously the Full Metal Jacket artwork is to try to appeal to the COD generation.

Kubrick exerted so much control over his films and marketing was no exception - there's no way in hell any of the Warner films would have come out with those atrocious covers and fonts had he been still with us.

They are all really bad! I thought those slip covers on the horror films last Oct were a one off clearly not!
