Apparently it has been repacked (MEP) but I can't confirm this.

Sorry for not finding this thread before. I was watching New York Ripper and The Warriors the other week and then tried to think about all the gritty New York films that were filmed in the 70's and 80's. Then Ms. 45 came to mind and I posted here - I should have known better and searched harder!

I'm under the impression that the korean dvd is a bootleg. The case to it smells cheap fabric atleast, aswell as the menu is very basic (homemade style...), inlay is well made tho. Besides that.. was impossible to find any info on the distributor, maybee someone else knows that better.

Well got it quite some time ago since I didn't find any info on it and it was very cheap so why not, now rockin' with the french dvd tho...

Ferraras best movie imo

If you like that sort of stuff I highly recommend FIGHTING BACK (released in the U.K. as DEATH VENGEANCE), not set in New York but the next American place thats similar, Philadelphia. Fantastic Vigilante flick, made in 1982, giving it just enough time to fit in with that "gritty street look"

Fighting Back (1982) - IMDb
