Slayground was unfairly slated upon it's initial release...still have the Network dvd......
SIEGE was a favourite rental in our house during the summer holidays.....

And anyone who enjoys films of the 2019,Bronx Warriors ilk,I urge you to track down KL's Blu Ray of Cirio Santiago's STRYKER.

CRIMINAL that no one has used it on a dvd or BD release.
The Aussie releases artwork has spliced in other shite with that iconic image.
The German dvd and Spanish bd uses a similar version, but nothingis as cool as that EMI artwork!
keirarts likes this.

'Scrubbers' was a female version of 'Scum' - the story of life inside a girls borstal

It starred Honey Bane, who also had a short lived career as a punk singer, managed by Jimmy Pursey (from 'Sham 69'), and best remembered for the hit single 'Turn Me On, Turn Me Off' which reached #37 in the chart but resulted in an appearance on 'Top Of The Pops' and a 'Smash Hits' back cover picture

'Scrubbers', distributed by Handmade Films, also featured a number of big and up-and-coming stars including Kathy Burke, Pam St. Clement, Robbie Coltrane and Miriam Margolyes

And last, but not least.......my no.1 film THE WICKER MAN.....
WILD GEESE II was another classic cover....badly needs a bd release...I still have my Japanese dvd with that artwork......

And of course,all together now.....

Is it a kind of a dream
Floating out on the tide
Following the river of death downstream
Oh, is it a dream?
There's a fog along the horizon
A strange glow in the sky
And nobody seems to know where it goes
And what does it mean?
Oh, is it a dream?

Bright eyes, burning like fire
Bright eyes, how can you close and fail?
How can the light that burned so brightly
Suddenly burn so pale?
Bright eyes

Is it a kind of a shadow
Reaching into the night
Wandering over the hills unseen
Or is it a dream?
There's a high wind in the trees
A cold sound in the air
And nobody ever knows when you go
And where do you start?
Oh, into the dark
Bright eyes,…
