I love 'em both anyway, but Dawn is definitely my favourite of the Dead films, closely followed by Day

Yup, I'm with Dem again in preferring Day over Dawn. More interesting 'world building', more interesting characters, and the relentless nihilism I find more personally appealing than the Boys' Own adventure romp of Dawn.

Martin is by a long stretch my favourite Romero film though . . .

Had a top double whammy last night, following Wizard of Gore with Vampire Circus. Reckon both will make my 100 . . .

I wanna keep this run of good stuff going. Wanna try a Giallo I've not seen. My choices are:

The Night Evelyn Came out of the Grave
Death Walks at Midnight
Watch Me When I Kill
Seven Bloodstained Orchids

So . . . ?

I'd put off seeing it because I struggle to muster interest in Hammer vampire films, but it was a blast! Really felt like the director was enjoying himself too, and not some hack for hire going through the motions. Loads of camera trickery and well staged set pieces, quite funny too. A top piece of entertainment . . .

All good, but Watch Me When i Kill would certainly be my last choice.

If you want to see Edwige get a good whipping try The Night Evelyn Came Out of the Grave.

Not that i advocate that kind of thing.

Then again go with Seven Bloodstained Orchids and you can watch lovely Marisa.

Or you could go with Death Walks at Midnight with the equally lovely Nieves Navarro.

Good times ahead SJ.
