I'd say fan art 100%

A real poster wouldn't give so much away as this does.

Probably right, but have you seen the original UK poster from 1993 for the NOTLD remake, major spoiler alert

In fairness to Stephen Murphy, he did seem liberal in regards to film censorship. I don't think he liked censorship, but he was a victim of politics. If he could come up with a decent artistic excuse, he'd use it to avoid cutting a film.

Mezco The Exorcist Mega Scale Figure with Sound | Zavvi - £69.99. Release Date: 08 December 2018

"Mezco unleashes the Mega Scale Exorcist with Sound Feature figure and it's sure to make your head spin.

Standing at a menacing 15 inches tall, Regan MacNeil from The Exorcist is presented in a real cloth nightgown from the film. The possessed youth says 6 iconic and hair-raising phrases including "It burns!" and "Keep away! The sow is mine!".

The devil is in the details and each of them have been captured here; from Regan's untamed real hair to her crazed, piercing eyes and maniacal grin. This Mega Scale Exorcist figure features 11 points of articulation for dynamic nightmarish poses.

Breaking onto the cinematic scene in 1973, The Exorcist became the first horror film to be nominated for an Academy Award. The film tells the spine-tingling story of the demonic possession of a young girl, and a mother's fight to save her daughter through an exorcism.

The Mega Scale Exorcist figure comes packaged in a collector-friendly window box, perfect for display."

It's a bit strange how they describe it as a 'scale model' when the head is out of proportion. I am a huge fan of the film, but I don't like the look of that at all and I think it looks a bit tacky and more like something I'd associate with the Child's Play films than a film which won two Oscars, nominated for another eight.

That's what it reminded me of as well – Regan looks like one of the Rugrats has been badly beaten and demonically possessed!

When they say 'scale', do they have any idea what the word means, or any idea about proportion?

In this photo, Regan's head is about three quarters of the size of her torso and abdomen!

It seems the television series of 'The Exorcist' has been cancelled (along with 'Lucifer')

It's more effective when you can't see the wires!
