I've never ordered from Zoverstocks - I've never heard of them, to be honest!
Pretty much everything i ordered went via Caiman. One day they failed to ship a product, the next thing i got an email from Amazon telling me they no longer traded with Caiman.

Zoverstocks are a UK company. Everything they have is quite cheap. My guess is they have a massive stock of things and buy collections, house clearances etc.

They are a good company, hated i would think by independant sellers as they always undercut them. Pretty quick delivery and an excellent returns policy.

1- Email them to say you have recieved a faulty/scratched disc

2- They email back saying we will send you a new item or give you a refund if not in stock. You as the customer can do as you wish with the defective product.

I've ordered from Zoverstocks a few times and have been really impressed on each occasion. It might just be the things I buy, but all your music tends to be the retailer of choice.

Admittedly I haven't seen a lot of the films mentioned in this thread, but I really enjoyed The Bird with the Crystal Plumage.

It's either full on attacks or just sitting there saying "Nevermore"!
