This kind of thing never bodes well 'Halloween' Reshoots Confirmed to Be Taking Place This Month - Bloody Disgusting "We told you a few weeks ago that there would be some additional photography for David Gordon Green‘s Halloween, which follows the events at the end of John Carpenter‘s film of the same name. One of the known plans is to tweak the finale after the film’s first test screening. This has been confirmed by various casting sites who are now reporting that shooting is to begin next Monday, June 11th, in Charleston, South Carolina. They are currently seeking high school students for one unknown sequence."

He regrets making Michael his sister, so he must’ve only gotten involved in this one if they agreed to forget all the sister stuff, and setting it after the first film would be the easist way to do that.
