friday 1 or friday part 2!1 was and still is great and without this we wouldnt have the rest or that hockey mask!2 was also great,dont forget this is the first film starring the killer JASON!love em all,even part 5!think they should have stopped after 3 though?

I love the 4th one as it was the first Friday the 13th film I picked up. A big plus was it featured some great kills and a decent plot.

I think I like the first one the best but voted for Jason X as I think it's great and wasn't getting any love in the poll!

I like all the Friday the 13th's. But part 2 is probably my favourite before he turned super human. It is the only one I actually have on dvd. I don't like to new white dvd covers, and I haven't come across any different ones yet.

Just watched the UK DVD of Part 6 and was disappointed to find it cut so badly that it wasn't worth watching. Guess I should have done my homework. the only plus side is that it had Jennifer (V-the series) Cooke in it.

Then don't get a dvd from any other country. They're all the same.

I do remember the betamax cover of Part 2 having the silhouette.

Although the artist originally filled the centre with "Jason" coming out of the lake, but I think they made the right decision leaving it blank.

As for the films, I only really like part 1 thru to part 6.
2, 3 & 6 being my real favourites.

I managed to see Part III in 3-D a few years back and it's the most fun I've had seeing a movie. For how much stick Paramount get for their attitude towards the series and it's fan, at least they delivered a top notch 3-D experience.

The vhs covers all the way for me. The dvd covers are appalling. Anyone picked up the Ultimate Collection dvd boxset yet? The one that includes a mini replica of Jason's mask.

I voted for part six, as I think it has everything I want from a Friday 13th film, but now I think about it... Part four had Crispin Glover.... I'm so torn!
