Dog Soldiers for me. A fun movie that "leaves you howling for more". It never gets old.

The original Dark Water for me. Some beautiful yet haunting imagery in this one combined with a engaging central relationship between the adorable child and mother. Always liked it a LOT better than the same directors Ringu. In my top 10 horror of all time for sure.

I love Dark Water for the exact reasons you just mentioned.

The scene near the end with the mum in the elevator genuinely nearly moved me to tears.

Great scene

You are making me want to revisit this soon.

The last of the OP's thumbnails is actually À l'intérieur from 2007, not Dans ma peau (I love that film, hence my avatar.)

As for 2002: Irreversible without a shadow of a doubt. But I have much love for May, the film that first made me fall for Angela Bettis.

Je t'adore Angela Bettis.

Both Bubba Ho-Tep and Resident Evil are silly fun.

As for me, 28 Days Later is a very overrated movie.
