I like Aenigma. Nowhere near Fulci's best, but great cheesy fun all the same.

And ooo Watchmen, i love it seen it...dunno....5/6 times, something like that. Im def glad i read the novel first though. I think the film complements the novel.

Just saw the directors cut on blu ray. Excellent. I can see the three hour plus version of the ultimate edition being cut up into a mini series at some point and being shown in four parts on tv.

For me the cinematography is just gorgeous, and I like Snyder. But...

It falls short for me as a whole. Perhaps a more "actor-y" director was needed.

The HBO mini-series is the way to go I feel. However, **** Damon Lindelof. He's from that Abrams cult that get their hands on anything cult and can't look past the colors or the costumes - completely surface level filmmakers.

Still, I will watch out of curiosity. Every major adaptation that misses the mark only serves to make the book more revered.
