I may be quite far off in my speculations, but perhaps Arrow have the rights to the unrated version while MGM have the R-Rated rights?

MGM did release the unrated version in the US on Blu though.

Whatever the reason, it all seems a little odd.

Just came to the conclusion that I was totally wrong about the dualformat thing. Guess I got fooled by the transparent case, which looks the same on the PEOPLE UNDER THE STAIRS release.

Yeah, will be interesting to see what version MGM is releasing.

Btw, I heard some rumors about the 5.1 lossless track on the Arrow Video release being censored? But the 2.0 track is seemingly uncut?!
