I would have limited Fulci In The House to the House By The Cemetery DVD only, but that's a very minor quibble.

Good point - it's not our favourite either.

I quite agree, I think anyone who bought Arrow's House by the Cemetery would also pick up City of the Living Dead. What's the point in putting the same featurette on both discs?

When I was going through the special features, I watched that and remembered just about every word. I thought 'how have I seen this when I haven't been through the special features before?' then realised that it was from when I watched it when reviewing The House by the Cemetery!

The Blue-Underground disc is region-free.
Confirmed by both a friend of mine who owns a region B player and also at Axelmusic.com:

http://www.axelmusic.com/productDetails/827058701594

I´m getting both versions for all the extra goodies on both editions

Django is probably locked because of some distribution problems outside of the US area. So I guess that means that a EU company has the rights for a BD release over here in europe. Future BD discs like The Prowler
etc. will continue to be region-free according to their website.

I´m gonna put a region mod chip in my player next month, those region A locked Shout Factory Roger Corman BD discs of Forbidden World and Galaxy of Terror coming out i July demands it

Love the Q and A feature. As with the 'tour of the dead feature' on the Day BR they really add that personal touch on the Arrow releases and not just re hashes of other discs features.

Glad to hear that because it was touch and go with this one: My feeling is always if you put yourself in your own extra features you can easily come across as someone desperate for attention so I never wanted to be in front of the camera at all. However, I guess for filming an on stage Q and A there was little choice! So hearing that you don't want to throttle "that asshole in between the two genre celebs" is definitely good!

We have more of these Q and A thingys planned but that's definitely as far as seeing "me" will go!

Thanks for letting us know the Blue Underground BD set is region free, Steel.Like you I want all the extras from both the Arrow & BU editions.I watched the Arrow DVD last night and it looks fantastic, easily the best I've ever seen the film look. You can now clearly see all the make-up FX details in the zombies faces, for example. The only thing I wasn't too keen on were the animations preceding some of the featurettes.Apart from that, it's now one of my very favourite DVD's.
