I couldn't agree more and wish the soundtrack was available.

Seen Vamp umpteen times since it's '80s U.K. VHS days and always enjoyed it.

I recall one stripper in the film whose gimmick is being dressed as a construction worker as part of her act.

I think the character's called 'Hard Hatted Pam' and described as a "Builder of major erections!"!

Along with The Lost Boys and Fright Night, Vamp remains one of my all time fave bloodsucker efforts. Great stuff and here's hoping Arrow do another excellent job with this film. If so my pre-order will be going straight in. Otherwise the worthy ABUS DVD will compensate.

Vamp's whole idea of a strip club where the staff are blood drinkers predates FDTD by some 10 years or so.

I also find the two male leads (Chris Makepeace and Robert Rusler) in Richard Wenk's enjoyable low-budgeter to be quite likeable. Much more so than the usual annoying and vapid youngsters populating today's horror genre outings.

Damn right and if there's gonna be three other covers apart from this one then i'll give these designs a chance. But i could see myself sticking with the U.K. artwork regardless.

Methinks you won't regret it and i'm well pleased Arrow is issuing Vamp on DVD. If a BR version hit the shelves i'd buy that too!

My Vamp HMV pre-order has now been submitted and here's hoping Arrow deliver another formidable release.

I didn't mean to give the impression I think it's rubbish, I don't! I think it's a good film, but not one I'd get excited about especially - it's OK.

I'll certainly buy it though, my VHS is long gone and it's a decent bit of entertainment.

Gonna have to disagree here - this is a wee gem of eighties horror and DeDee Pfeiffer is so cute!! It's adorable how one of the slips on her top keeps falling down during the first act. Ahem.

And the Grace Jones striptease is priceless too - not in any sort of erotic way, it's just very, very cool!

Can't wait to see it back on the shelves!
