Mine arrived this morning too. Reported it to them just after New Years.

Still no replacement and no reply from Arrow, after emailing them again to enquire where my replacement disc was. Hopefully it'll turn up soon.

I'm still sticking with my Grindhouse DVD of The Beyond for now.In fact, I may not upgrade to Blu-ray at all as after watching the film again just recently I realised I'm even less of a fan of it than before (I've always thought it overrated).I much prefer City of the Living Dead.

I read on a german board that some customers have finally received the corrected version right away (they ordered it from playdotcom). So it seems that at least play are now selling the correct version?

I ordered it two weeks ago from play too, hope it arrives soon and maybe even with the correct disc? I hope it didn´t get confiscated (ordered it togehter with Inferno), because my copy of City Of The Living Dead arrived yesterday and I ordered that one AFTER The Beyond was shipped

My copy from Play turned up this week and I checked it tonight and was very happy to see the sepia intro.

Had a look at the copy I got in the Play sale - damned impressive looking transfer!

I am not a fan of messing around and remastering the soundtracks of old/low budget into surround, but I must say that the DTS mix seems very well done. Not sure I'd use it when I watch the whole film though. Mono for me!
