Default The Kentucky Fried Movie – The DVD Specs

A bargain bucket of classic comedy!

Welcome to Kentucky Fried Movie, the Citizen Kane of bad taste, gross out, screwball movies. This is the film that birthed a thousand low rent comedies, a million playground quotes and brought the ancient mysteries of Kung Fu to the West in the awe inspiring mini-movie, A Fistful of Yen.

Hollywood legends The Zucker Brothers (Airplane, Top Secret) team up with John Landis (An American Werewolf in London, The Blues Brothers) for an adults-only comedy trip through the worlds of advertising, TV, movies and, of course... SEX!

I’m not wearing any pants... Film at 11.

So do we not know yet if the film will be uncut? The last BBFC data is from 2001 and is for a "UKVV as cut" version:

THE KENTUCKY FRIED MOVIE rated 18 by the BBFC

I've had a look at the disc and believe it to be the same version as before, missing 10 seconds of nunchucks.

I'll ask for official confirmation and get back to you.

After all these years the BBFC are still pissed off a a scene involving nunchucs!
It's like blood on a girls breasts or an earclap, these scenes seem to be a no-no with the idiots at Soho Sq
although these scenes have been uncut in various films so why not the nunchucks scene in KFM?

Actually, I've watched it through a couple of times and then checked with the Arrow Films release and they both have the nunchucks scene, so both versions are fully uncut.

Great
I say KFM years ago on video and remembered some funny sketches
I really cannot see this film cut in this day and age
The extras are good also

I got the boulevard disc in CEX for £1.50 over the weekend, I had never seen it before.
(but I remember seeing it in the video shops.)
It was hit and miss, (like most sketch based comedy) but I enjoyed it - esp A fist of Yen!
