I don't think you would have trouble. Amazon, for example, take back almost everything, as long as you're an average normal customer.* And what's the problem with sending two or three mails to them? Takes 5 to 10 minutes and does not cost anything.

I'm with Daemonia on this one. Was going to order this week but I'll wait until I hear definite corrected copies are on sale. Amazon would be my preferred option for returns but the big problem is, if they still ship out B&W copies, in all likelihood they may well ship another B&W as a replacement in such a short space of time and I don't want to play the merry-go-round of receiving, returning, receiving, returning...

I find it absolutely great that Arrow Films has not even tried to relay me to get stuff sorted out with play, which might be difficult after the almost 4 months I have the disc now. And since I really like this service I will make sure to get all the AV BDs I need - and those are quite a few, I just ordered Battle Royale and A Bay of Blood...

So if anyone from Arrow Films reads this here, or anyone knows anyone from there - be aware of my big gratitude all the way from Germany!

Right, I've been unbelievably slow on the uptake on this.

I bought The Beyond on release (pre-order) from HMV.com. I haven't watched it yet, so I have no idea if it's an old copy or not, but I would assume that it is as I purchased early.

Whilst I'm not overly fussed about whether it's B&W/sepia, I am bothered that it's supposedly an inferior disc. If I'm not happy with it, I guess Arrow are out of replacements? Am I up the creek, or can I still exchange it with HMV?

Just wondering, I'm currently watching a brand new/sealed dvd copy of this on Ebay for a very reasonable price, would I be able to obtain a replacement if this is not the correct disc or am I gonna be stuck with it? I wouldn't want to buy it if I know I can't swap it, I'd just order it from amazon in a few weeks time when I know the issue is corrected, cheers

Just realised it's the same price on both play and amazon so I'll probably order it from one of these instead!
