I too had e-mailed Arrow about this and they still had some stock available. Got a copy within a couple of days.
I see it's now been re-listed on the Arrow Website @19.99, so can be purchased from there without any need to e-mail...

In an update to the above, I had asked Arrow what had caused the unavailibilty of The Funhouse and whether it was Out of Print or not etc. and have just had a reply back from Francesco@Arrow who's said that there was simply a stock shortage - which has now been resolved - and therefore new stock is being distributed out to retailers...

The new discs will have the same region coding etc, I assume?

Yes, as far as I know. The one I had from Arrow on Monday was All Region...

The new discs will be Region B, not Region All.
