I sent Almar an email, and within 20 minutes had a reply and one from Arrow asking for my address to send me a replacement copy - which arrived today, 18hrs after my initial email!
It's nice personal touches from a company like Arrow (and cult-labs) which will keep me coming back time and time again!

I'm pleased to say that I watched Martin this evening (4:3 with stereo sound) and it was perfect, no synchronisation problems and an above-average picture. I now have two boxes, two posters and two sets of art cards; 101 and one still in shrink wrap. It is one of the finest DVD sets I've bought in months so top work everyone!
