The incorrect disc is identical to the correct disc, so you won't know till you try it out!

Although the artwork is the same on the discs, shouldn't the catalogue numbers be different? - i.e. - the discs in this Ltd Edition both have Cat. No. FCD620 on them. The Unlimited Edition release Cat. No. is different, FCD 643? - or something like that? - and when I checked my discs in the Unlimited Edition, all three had the correct corresponding Cat No. for that release.
I'm assuming that the ones that had the wrong discs in contained one disc 1, with cat no. 620 but the second disc was cat no. 643 - disc 2 from the unlimited edition?
I thought that the mix up was just with the discs from the Unlimited being put into the Limited by mistake - but was it a case that the discs were wrongly printed?
I'm confused myself now but either way, I'm definately going to check them when I get home!

Right, i've just checked the discs from both the Ltd Edition and the Unlimited Edition...and the bottom line is... My Ltd Edition has an incorrect disc 2!
So, my apologies to 'Refused' as I was confident I had the right discs but ultimately, it looks like I was wrong!

Just for future reference, (for anybody that is confused as me), the discs in the Unlimited Edition are each labelled with the Cat. no of that release, FCD643, and additionally have an A on disc 1, B on Disc 2, C on Disc 3... But these are all ok, there is no problem with any of these!
The discs in the Limited Edition both have the Cat. no of that release, FCD620 on each disc, therefore I thought things were looking good...
Disc 2 in both sets also have the same artwork.

But, when I put Disc 2 from the Ltd Edition in I found that it does actaully contain the contents of disc 2 from the Unlimited Edition, which is of course the film again, exactly as disc 1, but in standard defintion, so it's obviously not just a case of disc 2 from the Unlimited being put into the Ltd as I thought was the case.

So, it looks like I'll have to get in touch with Arrow to obtain a corrected disc, hopefully they will accept a scan/photo of my store receipt.

That's all they require in terms of proof of purchase when you bought something from a shop so, as long as the photo/scan is clear enough, you shouldn't have any problems obtaining a replacement disc.

I contacted Arrow earlier and a replacement disc is already on the way!
Louise at Arrow has been very helpful in answering some questions I had too.
Overall, I'm very impressed, absolutely fantastic customer service from Arrow, as always.

You live in Guernsy, Nagaman? I have relatives there! And I go on diving holidays there every year! The HMV you shop at MUST be the same one I use every time i'm over there.

Oh, and has anyone watched the 40 Italien exploitation trailers yet? Love extra features like completely un-related trailer reel's..........no, i'm serious!

Upon contacting Arrow for a corrected disc, I also asked a couple of questions in regards to the status of the Ltd release, so for anybody that's wondering...

Arrow told me that the official release date is now: 4th June, so Amazon for one, still have the wrong date listed!
I myself bought the Ltd release yesterday from my local HMV store and as has been mentioned a few times by others, this release has been seen on sale in various other HMV stores over the past week or so...
However, it's likely, that like mine, these copies in stores will contain an incorrect disc 2!
Faulty stock should not have made it to stores, so it looks like HMV are selling copies that should have been returned!
Either way, as Arrow told me the release date is 4th June, it shouldn't even be on sale in stores yet!
Hope this info clears a few things up.

Yes, I'm in Guernsey so it would be the same store, as we only have one.
I think it's a pretty good store too, in comparison to some of their stores I've been in, in the UK, considering Guernsey is a small island and therefore it's catering for a small market in comparison to the UK stores.

I love the Guernsy store. So much more well stocked than my own Bolton one (though it's adiquate).

So what's the new's on the replacement disk? I have yet to purchase either edition so I have no idea what the issue is all about () but it's nice to know Arrow are already on the case.
