That could be the case as a similar thing happened with THE LAST HUNTER. Dark Sky finally released it in it's correct ratio (not sure if it was from the negative, but I assume it was given it was the first time it was released on DVD in it's proper ratio) but compared to previous releases it was missing a few seconds at the start and a tiny bit of dialogue later on.

Incidently, I believe ZFE and THE LAST HUNTER are owned by the same licensor.

It's the fact that they haven't even acknowleged it that's more annoying. Perhaps being compared to Horror Movie Empire will give them the kick up the arse they need.

I've just asked them again on FB. Let's see if they answer this time.

I'm in the 'more curious than annoyed' camp. Be interested to hear Arrow's response when they get round to it. Guessing they're all still too stuffed with turkey sandwiches to type right now . . .

Does the UNCUT ZFE in the Box of the banned set contain the missing
6 seconds? If not how come that anomaly wasn't spotted then by the
eagle eyed viewers on this forum? I can only assume that the Box of the
banned set DOES feature the 6 seconds.

Every release except this one contains them.

In that case, Arrow does have questions to answer.

Well in that case then, there must be some kind of an explanation and although it doesn't bother me that much, I'm still curious

God bless Arrow, they obviously try their hardest to deliver great releases for fans, but first The Beyond's b/w opening and now this. (Although we need to find out the reason behind this one)

I'll take a cheeky guess, six seconds were actually cut from this print as originally the ending was planned to be six seconds longer, with a scene of zombies coming out of the harbor.
