I'll definitely be doing likewise. To be honest, this is pretty lousy service from Arrow, because I'm certain that, all being well, they've received all our returned discs by now. They should have sent replacements by now. I expected better.

After my trouble dealing with Arrow direct i just could not take the chance loosing the disc so im glad now i didnt send it back. Id rather be missing the 6 secs than missing the disc. I really hope everyone gets their replacements soon.

For everyones attention I sent mine off 1st Class Recorded and got my replacement really quickly

I suspect the ones sent Recorded Delivery will be treated as a higher priority because they can be tracked. I have every faith that everyone will get their discs back though, I don't think Arrow are going to be underhand in this in any way as people seem to be suggesting.

I'm going to send mine recorded delivery tomorrow, I watched the film like twice yesterday to tide me by until I receive it back haha, have had so much trouble getting this thing!
