Just clarifying something people may be confused with from a couple of pages back.

Not everyone will receive a free dvd.

Just those that send or previously sent discs back. Its a freebie to cover postage costs.

Those emailing receipts etc will just get the replacement.

Unfortunately nowadays, if I'm not in, I have to wait at least 24 hrs to pick stuff up from the sorting office. Until a few months ago, It was just 1hr I had to wait because I was at the end of his run for the day.
