I don't think it was anyone working at Arrow. As far as I can tell, it was Alan Jones who's doing the commentary with Stephen Thrower. That's according to his Twitter feed anyway...

All they need to do is recreate the classic ZFE sleeve on the front ( Must have the "Strong uncut version" sticker though.) and the US one on the reverse, and they'll have their biggest title to date imo.
