Well, my film aficionado page is now up to date. Is there a similar site for books? It's quite relaxing really.

'Goodreads' is pretty good, Hawkmonger. Some good groups you can join there as well.

Nabokov's Lolita. By Cthulhu it's dull. Not as much fun as either Bend Sinster OR Despair. Ho hum. Also Timeflight novelisation (DW). At least I can imagine better effects whilst reading it haha cough.

The Mistletoe Bride by Kate Mosse. An atmospheric collection of short stories, rooted deep in the landscape and inspired by traditional folk tales and country legends from England and France. It's well written, but perhaps not the tour de force of scares others may want from horror fiction. However as i enjoy legends and folk tales its certainly up my street, and the stories seem perfect for these dark, wet, wintry nights. |

I'd love to read more, but I'm not able to concentrate anymore. I only read what I have to read. Sad but true. |
