BBFC Problem Films

Does anyone else think that the bbfc should have classified Zombie Flesh Eaters 2 a '15' rather than '18'?

I haven't seen it for a while but it probably will next time. Quite a few 70/80's horror films (& ex-nasties) could end up with downgraded certificates soon.

Can't remember which one I saw, if it was 2 or 3 but remember being surprised at how violent it was.

The BBFC must be realising that there is more violence with the scum that roam our streets who don't watch these types of film,and cutting them or banning them won't make for a better society.The penny is starting to drop.

Yes it is Spooks, by 38s.

All sight of bare breasted torture on the rack involving actress Gaby Fuchs was removed. Cuts that could probably be waived now.

The Blue Underground release is usually pretty cheap,nice looking & R0.It's also uncut like the Dutch disc.

Mainly shots of her breasts and one short line of bridging dialogue. The cuts are very well made and don't spoil the film in any way. The old Redemption video was pretty much massacred.

Yes, i had the AB disc and you wouldn't know it was cut. I also have the Redemption VHS...

Apart from their atrocious sleeves some of the old Redemption videos were pretty good. House Of Whipcord & Frightmare were both uncut - plus they released Witchfinder General uncut for the first time in the UK (including the additional topless nudity from overseas prints).
