Try watching AvP 2 with the colour turned down. Seriously.

It won't help you see anything clearer, but the film takes on the feel of a hokley 1950s SF invasion flick and is much more fun.

I discovered this when I watched a review copy that faded out the colour every half hour as a copy deterrent.

Give it a go!

Default freddy vs jason

Freddy vs jason was one of the very few dvd's i've had a problem with i found the audio to be horrendous!

I can understand to some extent they probaly just gave up on them and couldnt be arsed to spend any decent amount of time trying to make either film look or sound good, can't blame them!

Having had a miserable night's sleep (again! Two nights running ) I needed cheering up and the postman went some way to doing that!

The Master Of Gore (HGL boxset, Odeon/Something Weird)
Mad Max (Warners R2, crap cover design)
Run Man Run (Sky Cinema, Korea, I'm tracking down Sollima's stuff on the cheap!)
Zu Warriors From The Magic Mountain (Korean release, a full screen version, sadly, but I am dying to see it again, so it'll do for now!)

Sweet! Just banged the Korean disks in the computer and clearly I just don't understand Korean labelling! When it says 4:3 on Zu it means "non-anamorphic letterboxed 1.85:1", and when it says 16:9 on Run, Man, Run it means "anamorphic letterboxed 2.35:1" not "cropped to 16:9"!

Colour me very happy!

Both great picture quality too!

Good result Gojirosan!

I'm a very happy bunny 'cause I've just been to Stratford and purchased nothing-other than Shameless' BRONX WARRIOR BOX SET for £20 Back of the net! In off the red! Jurrassic Park! Spice World! (and as many more Alan Partridge-isms as you can think of...). Woop woop!
