I think he's brilliant, his most accessible films are probably The Sweet Hereafter, Where The Truth Lies and Chloe but my personal favourites are Exotica and Felicia's Journey.

BYZANTIUM. Just picked this up in Tesco. I had no intention of buying it, the trailer, I recall made it look like Jean Rollin for the masses but the picture of Gemma Arterton on the back cover had me all in a fluster! It seemed impolite not to buy it.
