Received the standard release of Lifeforce today. No steelbooks yet, maybe tomorrow. Yes I did say steelbooks. I often read posts by Nosferatu saying that he forgot he ordered something and ordered it again, and I always think, how can anyone order the same thing twice? Well, it's easy done!

Yep, I think so... Some will say it’s ludicrous and overblown but there's much to enjoy - a great cast, a surprisingly epic Harry Manfredini score and excellent old-school visual effects from John Dykstra. Plus, the film is so well paced, there's hardly a minute to dwell on the story's shortcomings, and the final act of the film as London becomes besieged with marauding blood sucking zombies is a real treat...
