Me either. Their 'top film polls' and reviews/ratings for certain films are often cringe-worthy though.

I prefer Total Film. There was a film mag called Hotdog that ran for a while was very good too.

The best mag i've ever bought ran for a measly three issues and was called Uncut DVD. Took over from Uncut magazine. Nobody bothered to buy it though.

It consisted of dvd reviews from stsrt to finish and the features were all connected to the reviews so were a mix of old and new.You'll be able to tell from the quick pics below if it was for you or not. I still read them every so often.

Imagine some of the features they could have run alongside BFI, Eureka, Arrow, Network or 88 releases.

I would have bought that if I'd known about it, I buy uncut as well so it must have had some bad marketing haha
