i don't know of Silverscreen. Were they a chain or a single store? Didn't have them in the north west at least. Manchester, Preston, Bolton, Burnley, Blackburn.

Interesting. Silverscreen began with six stores in 2003. Expanded to 65 stores and were out of business by May 2006 with all stores closed.

I might have blinked.

Yeah the local branch didn't last long at all. It's a Starbucks now I think. I took a faulty disc back once and they refused to help as it worked on their one machine. I'd not been able to get it to work on 3 different players.
Also found they wouldn't honour price labels on things. If it was in a 2 for £20 or something they would leave labels on for months after the promotion and refuse to honour them. Maybe that was an acceptable business practice I don't know, can't be arsed to change the label? Then honour it.

Be interested to hear about the pic quality on Death Line Dem. I've held off buying it with the intention of importing the much more extras laden US disc from Blue Underground, but the price of that release is just stupid.

It's a new 2K restoration so should look good. Probably the same as the Blue Underground one.

It keeps the Hugh Marlowe interview and there's also a booklet.

For six quid it was an easy enough decision for me

My first Network order took two days from dispatch notice to delivery, my second order arrived the the day after the dispatch email so yours looks like it's got lost perhaps.

I thought of wording it using mystery and junction then decided not.
