Beans on toast for me too, as this just arrived.

Some of us dream of having beans-on-toast

If I can make a recommendation - put some grated cheese on top and then smother with brown sauce

Figured that I should plug the gaps in my John Carpenter blu-ray feature film collection. Ordered Dark Star, Memoirs, Village, Vampires, Ghosts and The Ward.

Watched three already. Loved Dark Star, was entertained by Ghosts as despite the build-up being better than the payoff, it had the JC stamp all over it. I was pretty unimpressed by The Ward (could have been directed by anybody and it wasn't too great anyway).

Curious as to how I'll get on with the other three. Also the 4K UHD /blu-ray set of Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire arrived from HMV.

From Cex. $3.50. I actually had to use 70p cash as my credit is now gone.

The Orphanage is a great film, Dem. Have you seen it before?

I have yes, on dvd, but only the one time. I can't remember a thing about it, so it will be like a new film to me.

There was no way I would let this one slip by. Ordered it from WowHD.

Oh dear. Following a brief visit to Nelson town hall in what is essentially a ghost town or so i thought. Then i saw this large shop - The Music Box - which i never knew existed. Bloody hell! It's a treasure trove of vinyl, cd, dvd, Blu-ray, t-shirts you name it. The music seemed decently priced with all the early Aerosmith cd's at a fiver each for example.

I really didn't have time, thanks to time limited parking, to have a proper look round but i shall definitely be returning later in the week. I did buy this though. The Blu of the brilliant Master and Commander for $3.
