I really enjoyed The Boy. lovely atmosphere to it.

Lauren Cohen wandering about the old dark house in her night dress carrying a candle was straight out of the golden age of Gothic horror.

It was your review got me interested a while back Dem. Until then I'd not taken much notice. Have you seen the second one? That was on the shelf too at ?2. I don't know why I didn't take a chance.

The Boy II is good but not as good as the first.

Hoping to watch the first one later. I had a quick skim through the disc and if nothing else it's a very handsome film.

CEX purchase this afternoon. An old fave I've not seen in many moons. The now OOP release of Wolfgang Peterson's Enemy Mine from Eureka. Been watching this one for about six weeks down Cex. Finally dropped to a tenner today after floating around ?15 for ages.20240718_213212.jpg
